Rose Quartz - Dreaming Shell - 67.32ct
There is a quality about how the light can really bring about a warm soft peaceful pink hued glow within rose quartz. This stone has a sleeping dreaming feel about it, very quiet and restful. About half way through working on this piece I noticed that when viewed a certain way you could see a fish embryo and I thought that's very fitting, perhaps that's what a shell dreams of when it's sleeping, of becoming a fish. The underside is polished allowing you to look into the "inside" of the shell. Quite a nice effect.
