Ordering
How it works
I do not have pricing shown on my website.
Instead, browse the shop and add any items you like to your price request cart.
Once you have selected the items you are interested in, click on the cart located top right of the page.
You will now see your price request list of the items you’ve selected.
Click the SEND PRICE REQUEST button located at the bottom of the page.
Supply your name, address and other details. For jewellers, you can also supply your business name and website. If this is your first time ordering from me as a jeweller I may ask for trade references and additional details to verify that you are a member of the jewellery trade. Trade pricing may be available for some items.
Once you have entered all the required details click the SEND PRICE REQUEST button.
Your request will now be sent to me.
I will reply shortly to confirm that I have received your order along with item availability, shipping costs, etc. All pricing provided will be in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) EX GST.
I usually try to reply within 3 business days however if you have not received a reply within this time please check your email inbox spam folder because sometimes a reply might end up in there unnoticed. If you can’t find a reply resubmit your order or send me an email via the contact page.
Payments
How to Pay
There is no facility to directly purchase and pay for your items on the website.
Instead, when you send your price request to me I will reply back to confirm the details. This will include confirming whether all your items are available or not. Sometimes a gem may be out on consignment with a jeweller or was recently sold and hasn’t been updated on the website.
In the event that one or more items are unavailable I can provide you with alternative options if I have some.
I will also confirm your shipping address, contact details and provide the final item costing including shipping costs. Any discounts or wholesale trade pricing will be applied at this time.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS are subject to a 10% GST and this will be added on.
Payment methods will be provided and I will ask if you want to proceed with the order.
If you wish to proceed simply reply back and I will send you through the final invoice for the items.
The invoice will have all the required information and methods for payment.
Orders will not be sent until the invoice is fully paid.
Once payment has cleared I will then package up your order and send it on it’s way. I will email you the tracking number to confirm it has been sent.
And that’s pretty much it.
Payment Methods
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer. Your invoice will have the Australian bank account details to use for depositing the invoiced amount.
For existing customers I may accept credit card payments over the phone or Paypal up to a certain amount.
Paypal attracts a surcharge of 3.9%
Cards attract a surcharge of 1.9%If you are in Sydney you can come and pick up from my office and make payment then. I have card facilities available.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer in the form of an international bank transfer (wire transfer). Your invoice will have the Australian bank account information including the BIC/SWIFT CODE to use for depositing the invoiced amount.
For bank wire transfers please ensure that funds are sent in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) and not your local currency. This is very important.
A bank wire transfer can either be done using your online banking facility or by going into a bank branch. The exchange rate will be calculated at your end and is usually better then the local rate if it is done by my bank. If my bank does it the amount will be short and you will have to transfer a subsequent amount to make up the total.
Paypal may be accepted up to a certain amount for existing customers.

My Guarantee
I try my best to describe any faults or inclusions that may be present in any items as well as any treatments or enhancements that may have been performed. I try my best to represent the gemstones in the pictures as accurately as possible to real life however nothing compares with seeing a gem in the hand. If a particular gem interests you, please feel free to contact me and ask for more information or pictures. I am very happy to assist you with this. If you are in Sydney you are welcome to make an appointment to come and personally view the gem.
