Australian Green Blue Sapphire - Blue Star Hex - 1.6ct
A beautiful natural Australian sapphire with a wonderful blend of green blue parti colours that I cut in my Blue Star hexagon shaped design. I don't cut enough hex shaped gems so when a piece of rough presents itself as the perfect candidate I jump at the chance. I very much like the hexagon shape for some reason, I find it a very pleasing thing. This is a fine sapphire with a low profile that will make it absolutely perfect for an everyday ring. I very highly recommend this sapphire, it's a very good stone from the Central Queensland gemfields.
